Administrative Assistant/Coordinator with LEADING HEALTHCARE FILM DISTRIBUTOR/PRODUCER
Utilize your administrative skills -- an excellent opportunity to help with order processing, accounts receivable calls and customer service support. This person will also help the President with marketing and administrative projects. You must have strong communication skills, be knowledgeable and comfortable with computer programs and be a quick learner.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to help where needed. This person must be a hard worker, have strong organizational, communication and administrative skills.
This position is 40 hrs/wk. Hours are Mon – Friday – 8:30am - 5pm.

Experience working in a small business very helpful. Experience/comfort level working with Excel, Word and the web. Knowledge of a contact manager program such as Goldmine or ACT is helpful.
