Origination – Commercial Real Estate

Successful Commercial Real Estate Finance Company is seeking a diverse individual that can manage all aspects and operations of the Company. This position requires the individual to originate both conventional and bridge (“hard money”) commercial real estate loans, interact with conventional and private investors and analyze loan submission packages to effectively evaluate the merit of the loan request including property cash flow and strength of sponsorship. Most importantly the individual must be a closer!



Responsibilities:

• Originate commercial real estate loans through phone contact, targeted mailings, and referral networks such as residential mortgage brokers.

• Collect and evaluate borrower and property information

• Prepare and submit loan packages to investors

• Serve is liaison between investors and borrowers

• Manage the closing process.



Requirements:

• Self starter and proactive – must be able to initiate phone contact.

• Experience in evaluating commercial real estate cash flow.

• Top notch presentation and communication skills.

• Monetarily driven.
