-Travel Arrangements and Calendar management
-Schedule and coordinate meetings
-PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
-Prepare and edit memorandums, letters, correspondence, and various reports
-Organize materials for meetings and presentations
-Process expense reports nad budgeting
-Screen and direct phone calls
-Order supplies and organize office to be presentable
-Assist in other projects as needed
Requirements:
1-4 years experience
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to multi-task and think quick under pressure
