LPN Supervisor 32-40 hrs per week

Sophia Snow House, a 36-unit residential care facility for seniors, seeks a Nurse Supervisor to supervise daily operations and care planning. Sophia Snow House occupies a brand-new, attractively designed building in Roslindale with the Residences at Snow Place, 66 Independent Living apartments.





The Nurse Supervisor recruits, trains, and supervises direct care staff that assists residents with activities of daily living, wellness, medication administration, nutrition, and socialization. He or she also monitors the health of residents, coordinates services from medical providers, and updates clinical and functional assessments as needed.





The preferred candidate will have a Massachusetts nursing license and 3-5 years experience in program management in a geriatric setting, including supervising certified nursing assistants.
