I am looking for a new place to live beginning in mid-September/October. Please do not e-mail me about your Sept. 1 apartment unless you are ok with pro-rated rent for the month of Sept. I have a lease on my current apartment until Oct. 1 and do not want to pay a full month's rent for two places. Thanks!





Areas I am considering are: Brookline, South End, Fenway, Back Bay, North End, Beacon Hill, parts of Brighton, Cambridge, and Somerville. Boston/Brookline is a preference. along with being near the red/green lines (but not the B line!). Please do not contact me if your available room is not in those areas. My budget is $800 or less. Ideally, the room available should be able to fit a full bed, dresser and desk. I prefer a pet-free apartment, if possible, but that will not be a huge deal breaker for me.





I moved to Boston last fall after living in San Francisco for two years - I'm an east coast girl and grew up in Pennsylvania and attended college in New York. I spend my free time running, cooking, and exploring Boston. Reality TV is my guilty pleasure (especially if its on Bravo) when I get a chance to watch it. I also volunteer with a couple of non-profits in the area, so I am usually pretty busy during the week.





I've spent the past few years living with roommates, several of whom I've meet on craigslist and got along well with all. I do my part to keep the common areas clean, pay the bills on time, wash my dishes, don't bring the party home, buy toilet paper when needed and etc.
