DESIGNER FOR START-UP

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented designer with 2-3 years experience in web, marketing collateral and new business communications. The designer will create visual solutions to support the needs of internal and external clients. He/She will play an important role in developing integrated mobile media solutions for an assortment of regional and global clients. Work will encompass designing micro sites for mobile content distribution, WAP sites as well as creating sales marketing materials. Youll likely even get the chance to edit music artists video and audio content.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Creative Director to support company-wide web and print design needs.
Design web page comps, online direct response campaigns, and graphics to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Design advertisements, posters, fliers, postcards, sales collateral and promotional items.
Work closely with our development team to ensure integrity of design specs.
Help maintain creative libraries for artwork (includes image searching and purchasing), logos, and templates.
Participate in conceptual and developmental phases of multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
2-3 years professional design experience
Excellent design and communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent Adobe CS Design Suite skills and a productive knowledge of MS Office
Easy-to-work with personality; ability to be flexible with daily requests.
Ability to make iterative design changes based on team feedback.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
Nice-to-Have Skills
Web development & production skills, HTML and CSS
Digital Video/Audio production skills
Flash skills
