DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Summary Description:
- Manage the overall operation of the Employment Services program.
- Implement program development according to the organization’s strategic plan.
- Provide program administration, including monitoring of all individual services, supervision of program staff, monitoring program finances and managing physical site issues; liaison with affiliate community employers, other agency directors, families, government agencies and the community.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field.
- Four (4) years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in a related setting, one (1) year in a supervisory/management capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- First Aid, CPR and Medication Administration (MAP) certifications.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license, a reliable auto, a good driving record and willingness to use personal and agency vehicle in the course of employment.
- Ability to lift and support the body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range $40,000 - $49,000; based upon education and experience.
