LEAD RESIDENTIAL CASE MANAGER


Two residential homes for adults with developmental disabilities are looking for experienced residential case managers. Take on supervisory work and take the next step in Human Services!



Summary Description:

Provide feedback and supervision to Residential Case Managers, and provide direct care to the residents, adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on daily living skills. Also, provide case management to assigned individuals.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and at least one (1) year related experience; or high school diploma and two (2) years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in a residential program.

Current CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications preferred.

Possession of a valid Driver’s license, a good driving record and a willingness to use personal or agency vehicle in the course of employment.

Demonstrated teaching skills.

Ability to interact with individuals/staff/families in a professional manner.

Ability to work successfully as a member of a program team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.



Hours:

36 to 40 hours per week; hours vary depending on location.



Salary & Benefits:

• $12.00 - 12.50/hr; based on education and experience.
