A small family need to live in 2 or 3 bedrooms with delead paint, storage, backyard with fence, large room( living room or/and bedroom) and Utilities inculded. We prefered live in first floor in mulit-family or single house. We can afford under $1000. dollars per month. Area : Greater Boston, North Shore, Greater Lawrence, Northwest and Merrimack .
