We have an immediate opportunity to join Boston Networking Group as a Staffing Consultant in our Boston office. Open due to continual growth of our organization, this is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter, as we launched the first additional Boston Networking Group location, New York Networking Group in downtown New York City Fall 2006. We are also looking for bright college graduates with 3-5yrs financial services/investment and or sales/customer service experience that possess strong interpersonal skills and are seeking to begin a career in recruiting for our Boston office. Our office offers an extremely team-oriented, fun, hardworking environment, and some of the most successful and highly regarded professionals in the staffing industry will train the Staffing Consultant.
Staffing Consultant applicants must be highly organized and demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of thriving when challenged, busy, and part of a team. Candidates must also have a flexible personality, positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Responsibilities will include screening and interviewing candidates, processing candidate applications, posting advertisements of available jobs on our website and various job boards, and working closely with a team of other Staffing Consultants.
Our clients include companies of all sizes in every industry ranging from emerging growth companies to the Fortune 500 and including many of the largest and most prestigious employers in Massachusetts.
