Plush 2 Bdrm/2 bath timeshare at Fairfield's Long Wharf Resort, a Golden Crown Resort rated for high quality and number of amenities. You choose from Flexible weeks 1-16 or weeks 44-51. You stay free during any of these weeks(after paying yearly maintenance, paid thru 2007)during these times with just a call to the resort's reservation desk. You can also use all the facilities at this resort FREE if you are just visiting Newport. You won't even have to use your week to use the facilities.

This is how it works: Each year you ask the resort for one week within the weeks listed above. This is the week you will stay at LongWharf. You can also get a very reduced rate to stay a night, several nights or week any other time of year. This does not use up your free week. You can also visit Newport and use ALL the facilities FREE without staying there at all.
If you don't want to stay in Newport you can trade it with an exchange company, such as RCI. They will let you exchange it for ANY week of the year in any of the WORLDWIDE locations. All you have to do is call RCI when ready to exchange. My family has stayed at the resort several times, as well as traveled to Hawaii, Europe and Florida by exchanging the week.
The condo is setup very nicely for having others stay with you. The livingroom and kitchen separate two different bedroom and bath areas. Great for two couples or noisy teens. The livingroom also has pull-out sofas. The resort has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, gym and movie theater. Newport has lots to offer including many festivals. You will not see a picture of the mini theater with authentic popcorn cart or the workout room, but there is a nice picture of the pool which is half inside and half outside.
Asking only $3000...2 bedrooms are selling now for over $20K.
To transfer certificate of title, 2 transactions need to be made(application process, then notorizing paperwork for your title...very easy without a lawyer).
