I'm looking for a Studio or pvt apt for 600 or less. Doesn't have to be huge and would prefer if it include utilities. I'm a single 24 year old male and just need my own place. Would rather do a month to month or Tenant at Will type of arrangement. I'm Responsible and mature , not a partier and just need my own place . thanks in Advance
