Patent Paralegal: $55,000 to 80,000

We are looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal with at least 3 years of US and or foreign patent paralegal experience. Responsibilities include case and docket management, preparation and filing of US and Foreign applications and communication with domestic and foreign clients. Experience with Annuities is a big plus.



Patent Prosecution Litigation Legal Secretary: $52,000 to 80,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patent Prosecution Litigation Legal Secretary to work for a major law firm that is one of the top Global I.P. law firms. Cases stem from all over the world, and involve extremely interesting and high profile matters. Our client is seeking an experienced patent secretary with at least 2 to 10 years of patent law experience to support a partner and an associate. All candidates must have experience in U.S. prosecution excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task. (In this position with profit sharing and occasional overtime you could make over $100,000)



Patent Legal Secretaries: $46,000 to $65,000

Intellectual Property law firm has an opening for a patent legal secretary. This position provides support to two patent attorneys in all phases of patent prosecution. Responsibilities include filing and prosecution of patent applications, producing correspondence, reports, memoranda and legal documents from dictation, drafts, handwritten and oral instructions, monitoring attorneys’ dockets and calendars for due dates; and other projects as assigned.



EXPERIENCED NIGHT I. P. SECRETARY: $28.00 to 40.00 per hour

One of our clients is looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Intellectual Property Legal Secretary to work in the evening. The hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Experience in docketing, patent and trademark prosecution (both U.S. and Foreign) is required



Senior Foreign Filing Specialist: $60,000 to 75,000

Our client law firm is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for supervising, administrating, and implementing the foreign filing support functions. Which includes foreign filing records, file management and oversight of the foreign docket? Coordinate all aspects of filing patent applications worldwide. Monitor critical due dates to insure all deadlines are meet in order to preserve patent rights. Manage and supervise workflow. Prepare documents and attend to all formalities. Support special projects as needed.





Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist: $44,000 to 55,000

One of our clients a large multi-practice law firm with over 24 offices has an immediate opening for an IP Docket Technician in the Intellectual Property practice group of their Boston office. This position will be responsible for preparing reminder letters and processing payment of U.S. maintenance fees and foreign annuities; reviewing, logging and docketing all necessary deadlines for incoming patent related mail; generating and distributing daily and weekly docket reminders; reviewing outgoing mail/filings for accuracy and completeness; and other docket and file related activities.

Qualified candidates must have previous docketing experience, previous experience and proficiency with IP Docketing systems (CPI preferred) and working knowledge of domestic and international patent laws and rules.



International Patent Specialist: $65,000 to 80,000

Coordinate international patent application filing procedures with attorney

Prepare and foreword proper & accurate documents to foreign counsel for filing international patent applications

Prepare and file PCT International applications

Maintain comprehensive docket calendar, reviews firm docket and meet application deadlines

Address communications from client/foreign counsel/Patent Office

Prepares client reports and daily billing work reports

Maintain complete and accurate application file

Research international law and utilizes all available resources
