Description: Full-time position available, responsibilities include: Manage the clinical operations of the emergency services program including case consultation, disposition recommendations, and treatment planning. Orient and facilitate training of new staff. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Emergency Services Clinicians and Student Interns. Participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of staff. Interface with funding sources and other service providers. Resolve issues related to disposition disagreements. Cover on-call Emergency Back-up responsibilities (including covering shifts as needed). Other job duties required and consistent with the nature of the job.
Qualifications: LICSW; 1 year mobile emergency services experience; Supervisory experience required; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Flexibility regarding schedule.
