A successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, with a commitment to customer service. Previous professional experience in a hospitality or customer service position preferred in addition to some experience in sales.



The candidate must feel comfortable on the phone, have excellent listening skills, and be able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers in streamlining and coordinating moves. The candidate must possess basic computer skills including comfort with Windows applications Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office. Personal qualities must include a willingness to learn, an adaptable nature, patience and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. The candidate must fit in well in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable interacting with a variety of people within the company.
