Job Responsibilities:
Set up new losses and create file with assignment to a claim handler; oversee incoming fax queues; answer phones and provide prompt, exceptional customer service through direct contact with our external customers and agents, regarding claim status, general inquiries, including call transfers to claim unit. Type forms and mail correspondence.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail with ability to multi-task; knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
