The ideal candidate will thrive in a strategic and intellectual work environment and will be able to take on a high level of responsibility. You will be involved in attorney development, coordinating training and working with Department Heads.

The qualified candidate must have exceptional project management, communication and organizational skills; excellent business writing skills; must demonstrate the ability to identify and solve problems, work independently and take initiative; and you should have a proactive and flexible work ethic. Working knowledge of law firm and practice operations is strongly preferred, and RFP experience is a plus.
