The apartment is in WALKING distance to over 20 different universities and 5 major hospitals including: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Joslin Diabetes Center. There are a ton of great restaurants and bars in the area; the apartment is in WALKING distance of Fenway Park, and fantastic shopping at the Prudential Center and Copley Place.

The size is perfect, not to big not to small. Currently, I comfortably fit a full bed, large desk and desk chair, night stand, two lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a lamp in the room. There is no need for a dresser as you have one built in to one of the closets!

YOUR NEW ROOMATES: One guy, one girl, young, fun, mature, respectful, CLEAN, considerate, laidback, and hard-working. Love to cook!!!

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with cups, knives, plates, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils. Gas range! Microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal!

PRIVACY: Only people with a PENTHOUSE ELEVATOR KEY can access the apartment!

MAIL: Isn’t getting packages in Boston such a pain in the ass? You are never around to sign for them and you end up having to go pick them up yourself. If there was only a dedicated person who sat in the lobby of your building that signed for your packages for you, it would make life SO much easier. Well, you guessed correctly, the building has a twenty-four hour concierge who signs for your packages! You CAN NOT beat that.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: If you use public transportation to commute to work or school, this area is perfect for you. The apartment is in WALKING distance of the 19, 192, 39, and 66 buses, AND BOTH the Green Line (Longwood) and the Orange Line (Roxbury Crossing).
