If you value the health of your pet, do not bring them to this place.
The last time I brought a cat here for dental treatment, he came home bleeding from every one of his paws. The staff had decided to "clip his nails" without my knowledge or consent, and cut him so deeply that he bled from every paw.
When I called back to report this and to complain, they told me this standard practice, and I should thank them for it.
Unless you want your pet to be maimed, do not go to this "veterinarian."

You are lying. You have made a false accusation, completely non-verifiable, and impossible for the accused veterinary office to defend. You have simply fabricated this to vent anger over paying for a service you felt should have been free.
