This is a totally dysfunctional bank run by totally dysfunctional morons.....
I have just paid off my loan to Capital Crossing Bank, I should have done it years ago. They are not "user friendly" at all. Over the years they had shown they are a institution to match no other in rules and horrible customer relations. I had been late twice early in the 20 year note, my fault, no problem. Last month because of an ice storm here I was running behind, I called the bank to make my payment --- "we do not accept phone payments, we are not set up to do that", ok, how does a bank in this generation not take computer payments or phone payments???? I then said , ok, I'll drive down there today and get it in on time. The girl on the phone said I could go to my bank and wire the payment to them which I did. Two days later I got a statement saying the received it on the 16th. I called the loan manager "C" -explained to her what had happened and she stated"too bad, the late fee is not coming off, you were late before" so in my very customer related position, I do not recommend them to anyone! They are terrible and obsolite - no online or phone banking.. Beware of this one!
